Karen Cobb
Karen Cobb joined SKA in October, 2009 from her prior position as Benefits Tax Counsel for Delphi Corporation. At Delphi she handled the legal and tax aspects of pensions, savings plans and executive compensation arrangements for Delphi and subsidiaries. Karen was directly involved in the benefit plan issues in Delphi's complex bankruptcy proceedings, including negotiations with the PBGC and IRS. These issues were critical to Delphi's successful emergence from bankruptcy. At SKA, Karen will continue to service pension and executive compensation issues. Karen received her law degree from the Detroit College of Law (member of law review) and her Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, from Walsh College. Karen has previous experience at two major accounting firms and at General Motors.
